THE HAMMER APPROACH - JOHN MAXWELL
Never use a hammer to swat a fly off someone’s head.

Some people think that a hammer is good for anything and everything. You could say they take a hammering approach to life.
I’ve observed this attitude most often among high achievers. When they give something their attention, they go at it full bore. That’s usually a good approach to task. It’s however, a terrible way to treat people. As psychologist Abraham Maslow observed, “If the only tool you have is a hammer, You tend to see every problem as a nail”
85% of the reason you get a job, will keep a job and move ahead in that job has to do with your people skills and people knowledge.
Never test good people - they are like diamonds. When you hit them, they will not break, they will only slip away from your life. Anon
